NORAH CASEY ASKS IRISH WOMEN TO AIM HIGHER

What: ‘From High Achievers to Future Leaders’, a two-day Irish Tatler Academy training seminar for women determined to excel in 2015.

Where: The National College of Ireland, IFSC, Dublin.

Who: Norah Casey will facilitate an intensive programme of expert sessions delivered by speakers including Val Quinn, Orlaith Blaney, Julie O’Neill, Niamh Boyle and Dr Arlene Egan.

When: November 20th and 21st 2014.

Targeted towards Irish women at middle management level, From High Achievers to Future Leaders will provide all the tools needed to reach new professional heights. Topics covered will run from career strategy to elevator pitches, and from personal wellbeing to dressing for corporate success. Irish Tatler Academy has joined forces with the National College of Ireland for this in-depth programme. The result is this winter’s must-attend event for women with their sights set on success.

Norah says:As a woman in business for many years, I am more than familiar with the challenges and problems faced by those trying to navigate, and excel, in the business world. Women have always encountered obstacles when trying to climb the career ladder and recent economic issues have certainly played a part in adding to this frustration.”

In response to this need, inspirational role models form the backbone to From High Achievers to Future Leaders. Norah has personally curated a programme featuring powerhouse women from a diverse range of professions, each ready to share their get-ahead secrets. And, while Norah and her team of trailblazing women will provide the mentoring, From High Achievers to Future Leaders also represents a unique networking environment for women determined to get ahead. “During my career I have been invited to speak at many conferences,” Norah continues, “with the hope of inspiring women in attendance. And at every event I have been amazed by the talent, creativity and sheer determination of the women I meet. I also run business clinics up and down the country each month, where I personally mentor female entrepreneurs striving to make their business ideas a reality. What has struck me most, however, is that many women feel they have nowhere to turn for advice, or no role models to emulate. From High Achievers to Future Leaders addresses that need, and so much more.”
